Didn't take long for me to call this place "home". No really, about a day back in August! I've been gone all weekend, well since Thursday, and it feels like forever. We were traveling in the rain, the wind, the road construction and nothing ever looked so good as my rain soaked growing green grass yard that already needs mowing since Saturday last! We got the car unpacked, gave Ike a bath and are just porching until 8pm when good TV comes on. The wind is from the north. The windows are open. The breeze is just sending chills down my spine. We are home! Truly, there is no place like it! Evenin' yall!
